If you own and operate a biotechnology company, then you should consider investing in a silcone keyboard. You should place that keyboard in any laboratory where technicians perform cell culture techniques. The proper performance of such techniques is meant to guarantee the sterility of the cultured tissue.

Now sterile techniques have been designed to keep infectious material, such as bacteria, out of culture dishes. If a bacterium or virus were to enter a culture dish, it could easily grow in that nutritious medium. The rapid growth of that infectious agent would overtake the slower growth of the human, animal or plant tissues.
