There have been many advances to the touch screen laptop computers you see displayed in the computer section of your electronics store today. In the past there have been issues with the quality of the different physical components of the computer but these have been largely resolved to the point where it is no issue at all. The great part is that the advancements not only covered the ailments that once plagued these laptops but also offer greater functionality and more features to further enhance the user experience while increasing the value customers get for their purchase.

A common area of concern is the display since it is a relatively sensitive part of the computer yet will receive a lot of physical contact because it is a touch screen device. In the past there have been problems with the protective layer not being strong enough to withstand the wear that would ruin the screen. Today these screens are much stronger and better protected than ever before.
