1. Draw around your foot on a piece of card.

2. Try to put the piece of card into your shoe. Squeeze it in as necessary.

3. Remove the card and notice how deformed it has become – this is what the shoe is doing to your foot for all the hours that you are wearing them!

Ladies shoes can look good and feel good – you just need to be sensible and practical – mixing fashion with comfort.
